摘要:
目的 明确冠状动脉硬化患者过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体 γ(PPARγ)C161T基因多态性与冠状动脉狭窄的关系。方法 检测161例冠状动脉硬化患者和103名正常对照的血压、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG),聚合酶链反应限制性片断多态性方法测定PPARγ C161T基因多态性。结果 冠状动脉硬化组腹围、显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2 h BG亦高于对照组(P<0.05),冠状动脉硬化组PPARγ CC型显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CT型显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PPARγ C161T与冠状动脉粥样硬化有关联。
Abstract:
AIM To study whether PPARγ C161T polymorphism was associated with coronary artery atherosclerosis. METHODS Polymerase chain reaction restricted fragments length polymorphism was used to study the distribution of the PPARγ C161T polymorphism in 161 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and 103 normal controls. RESULTS Waistline was significantly higher in CHD patients compared with those in control (P<0.01) while 2 h BG was significantly higher in CHD patients (P<0.05). The frequencies of the CC were significantly higher in CHD compared with those in control (P<0.05) while the frequencies of the CT were significantly lower in CHD patients (P<0.01). CONCLUSION PPARγ C161T polymorphism is associated with genesis and development of coronary artery atherosclerosis.
