摘要:
内皮祖细胞(EPC)移植或动员内源性EPC可加速损伤血管的再内皮化。基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF1)能通过其受体CXCR4促进骨髓干细胞向EPC方向分化,抑制EPC凋亡。升高外周血SDF1浓度可动员EPC进入外周血。SDF1/CXCR4系统在EPC迁移、捕获及归巢过程中起重要作用,参与促进缺血性血管生成。
