摘要:
血管重塑与多种临床疾病有密切关系。尾加压素II是迄今为止在哺乳动物体内发现的最强的缩血管活性肽,参与了多种心血管疾病的病理生理过程,新近研究发现它在血管重塑过程中亦发挥着重要作用。
Abstract:
Urotensin II is one of the most potent vasoconstrictor known, even more potent than endothelin1. It was first isolated from the fish urophyses and has been recognized as a hormone in the neurosecretory system of teleost fish for over 30 years.After the identification of UII in humans and the orphan human Gproteincoupled receptor 14 (GPR14)as UII receptor(UT), many studies have shown that UII may play an important role in cardiovascular regulation. The present review suggess that UII may also bring into full play in vascular remodeling. In the text, we reviewed the physiological and pathophysiological significance of UII in the vasculature, and focused on the correlation between UII and vascular remodeling.
