摘要:
目的 观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血中脑纳尿肽(BNP)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的变化,探讨BNP,MCP-1与ACS的关系。方法 住院ACS患者39例,采用ELISA测定血清BNP,MCP-1的水平。结果 ACS患者入院即刻血浆BNP和MCP1水平均显著高于对照组,分别为(560±25)ng/L vs (42±24)ng/L(P<0.01)和(152±19)ng/L vs (113±22)ng/L(P<0.01)。ACS组内不稳定心绞痛(UAP)亚组与急性心肌梗死(AMI)亚组比较,AMI亚组BNP水平高于UAP亚组[(557±24)ng/L vs (172±62)ng/L,P<0.01],而MCP-1水平在AMI亚组和UAP亚组间无显著性差异[(153±19)ng/L vs (150±22)ng/L]。ACS组患者中BNP和MCP-1水平呈明显正相关(r=0625,P<0.01)。结论 ACS患者外周血BNP和MCP-1水平升高而且两者水平呈正相关。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate whether peripheral blood levels of Btype natriuretic peptide (BNP) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) are affected in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS). METHODS Serum BNP and MCP-1 were measured in 38 patients with ACS by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS ①The serum levels of BNP and MCP-1in ACS group were significantly higher than those in control groups (P<0.01, P<0.01). ②The serum level of BNP were significantly different between UA group and AMI group (P<0.01), but the serum level of MCP-1 was not significantly different between UA group and AMI group. ③There was an obvious correlation between BNP and MCP-1 in ACS group (r=0.625, P<0.01). CONCLUSION The serum levels of BNP and MCP-1 in patients with coronary artery disease increase and there is an obvious correlation between BNP and MCP1.
