摘要:
目的 探讨心肌缺血预处理(IP)对心肌中肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)表达的影响。方法 将45只兔随机分为3组,即假手术组(只开胸、穿线不结扎冠脉)、直接梗死组(开胸、并结扎冠脉)及IP组(结扎冠脉5 min,再灌注10 min,反复3次)。于术后15 min、30 min、1 h、3 h及5 h处死动物,切取心肌,用免疫组化染色法检测心肌中cTnT的表达,并进行计算机图像分析。在高倍光镜下,测量心肌中不表达cTnT(cTnT-)的面积,取其平均值进行统计学分析。结果 比较同一时段3个组cTnT-的面积,发现IP组cTnT-的面积大于假手术组,但小于直接梗死组(P<0.05)。结论 IP明显减少缺血心肌的cTnT面积。
Abstract:
AIM To prove whether ischemic preconditioning is protective against myocardial ischemia. METHODS Myocardial tissues were obtained from models of three groups in different periods and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of cTnT. The depletion areas of cTnT in myocardial infarction were measured under the microscope by the computer image analysis and the results were analyzed by statistical methods. RESULTS The depletion areas of the control group, the preconditioning group and the infarction group increased gradually in the same period and the result was significant. CONCLUSION Ischemic preconditioning is protective against myocardial ischemia.
