摘要:
目的 用谱分析方法把心率、血压变异性信号的不同波动成份与自主神经迷走、交感活动联系起来,通过对这些生理变量变异性的深入分析来阐明心血管调节机制。方法 利用头高位倾斜和握力两种应激实验。结果 心率变异性和血压变异性蕴含着有关心血管调节功能状态的信息。结论 心率、血压变异性调节形式具有多样性,且心率变异性测量的是心自主神经调制的程度,而非自主神经紧张度水平。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the mechanism of cardiovascular regulation by spectrum analysis of the variability of physiological variables. METHODS Two stress experiments (head up tilt and grip) were conducted and the association between the changes of heart rate variability (HRV) and blood pressure variability (BPV), and the activity of sympathetic nerve and cranial nerve was examined. RESULTS HRV and BPV contained information concerning cardiovascular regulation. CONCLUSION The regulation of HRV and BPV is in diverse forms and the measurement of the HRV reflects the regulation degree of heart autonomic nerve, not the tensity of heart non-autonomic nerve.
