摘要:
目的: 观察β1受体阻抗剂比索洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛(UPA)患者心率震荡(HRT)的效应。方法: 有室性早搏的UPA患者33例为比索洛尔治疗组,另25例患者作为安慰剂对照组。分别在开始服用比索洛尔前24 h和每天服用比索洛尔5 mg连续30 d后,以及开始服用安慰剂前24 h和每天服用1片安慰剂30 d后,进行动态心电图检查,分别计算HRT的初始值(TO)、斜率(TS)以及发生恶性室性心律失常(MVA)的患者数。结果: 治疗组口服比索洛尔后与治疗前相比,UPA患者恶性室性心律失常的发生率减少15.1%,TO降低,TS增加;而对照组口服安慰剂前后,上述指标均无明显变化。结论: 比索洛尔能减少UPA患者的发生率,改善HRT。
Abstract:
AIM: To observe the effect of bisoprolol, a β1-receptor blocker, on malignant ventricular arrhythmia (MVA) and heart rate turbulence (HRT) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). METHODS: Thirty-three UAP patients with premature ventricular beats were treated with bisoprolol for 30 days as treatment group and 25 patients were treated with placebo for the same period as control group. A 24-h ambulatory electrocardiogram monitoring was conducted before and after bisoprolol (5 mg/day) or placebo in all patients. The number of patients with MVA, turbulence onset (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) were analyzed in both groups. RESULTS: After the 30-day treatment of bisoprolol in patients with UAP, the number of patients with MVA decreased by 17.2%, TO decreased and TS increased. No significant changes were found in the control group. CONCLUSION: β1-receptor blocker, bisoprolol, reduces the incidence of MVA and improves HRT in patients with UAP.
