- 目的: 探讨胺碘酮联合辛伐他汀预防心房颤动（AF）复发的效果。方法: 阵发性AF患者118例，随机分为单用胺碘酮组(n=59例)和联用辛伐他汀组(n=59例)，随访24个月，观察治疗前后窦性心律维持率及C-反应蛋白（CRP）、细胞间黏附因子-1（ICAM-1）的变化。结果: 两组治疗24个月时AF的复发率分别是41%和17%,联用组较单用组的复发率明显下降（P<0.01），联用组治疗后CRP及ICAM-1较单用胺碘酮组有明显的下降（P<0.05）。结论: 辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮治疗可以减少阵发性AF的复发，且可能与其抗炎作用有关。
- Abstract:
- AIM: To evaluate the curative effect and mechanism of simvastation and amiodarone in the treatment of patients with paroxyswal atrial fibrillation (PAF). METHODS: One hundred and eighteen patients with PAF were randomly distributed into control group (n=59) treated with oral administration of amiodarone alone and trial group (n=59) treated with combined oral administration of amiodarone and simvastatin. Changes of the sinus rhythm sustaining rate and the level of c-reactive protein (CRP) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) before and after the treatment were investigated in the two-year follow-up. RESULTS: The recurrence rate of PAF in the control and the trial groups was 18.6% vs 10.1% after 12 months and 40.6% vs 18.6% after 24 months. The recurrence rate of the trial group decreased more significantly than that of the control group and the level of CRP and ICAM-1 also significantly decreased in the trial group. CONCLUSION: The combined administration of simvastatin and amiodarone reduces the recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, which may be related to the anti-inflammatory action.
