摘要:
心室重构是心力衰竭发生、发展过程中的重要环节,胚胎基因再表达是衰竭心脏心室重构的重要分子标志之一。哺乳动物的心肌中含有两种肌球蛋白重链(MHC)基因,即α、β亚型。MHC的V1(由αMHC构成)比MHC的V3(由βMHC构成)有较大的ATP酶活性和收缩速率。心力衰竭时,αMHC向βMHC转换。
