摘要:
动脉粥样硬化(AS)现认为是一种慢性炎症性疾病,多种炎症因子参与了AS的形成及进展。核转录因子激活蛋白-1(AP-1)在细胞核内信号传导通路的调节过程中发挥重要作用,其可参与调节多种致AS因子的合成、分泌过程,进而影响AS的形成和发展。本文就此方面的进展作一综述。
