摘要:
慢性心力衰竭是一种进行性、致命性的复杂临床症候群,是各种心脏病的严重阶段,大多数病程呈进行性恶化, 据统计其全球患病率高达1.1%~1.9%,病死率甚至高于恶性肿瘤。研究心衰(HF)的分子表型,有助于理解HF的病理进展的分子基础,可以为HF的治疗提供强有力的理论依据,并可作为判断药物治疗疗效的标准和判断预后的标准。HF患者体内睾酮的浓度明显下降,可引起患者生活质量降低,出现分解与合成代谢失衡及恶病质。现对HF的分子表型及睾酮对HF患者的作用做一综述。
