目的: 研究髓过氧化物酶(MPO)与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)及CHF严重程度的关系。方法: 选取连续入院的74名NYHAⅡ~Ⅳ级的CHF患者及55名作为对照的非CHF患者,采用ELISA法测量其血清MPO浓度。采用多元线性回归分析血清MPO水平与CHF及其严重程度的关系。结果: 在调整了混杂因素后,CHF患者血清MPO水平显著高于对照组[(16±5)μg/L vs. (9±4)μg/L,P<0.01],并随着NYHA分级的增加而升高(r=0.34,P<0.01)。结论: 血清MPO浓度在CHF患者中升高,并且与CHF严重程度相关。
Abstract:
AIM: To explore the relationship between plasma myeloperoxidase (MPO) levels and the severity of chronic heart failure (CHF). METHODS: Plasma MPO concentrations were measured by ELISA in 74 consecutive patients with New York Heart Association Class II-IV chronic systolic heart failure (HF) and 55 controls (no history of heart failure). The relationship between the plasma MPO levels and CHF was analyzed by multiple linear regression. RESULTS: After adjusting for confounders, plasma MPO levels in patients with chronic systolic HF were significantly elevated compared with those in the control group [(16±5) vs.(9±4) μg/L, P<0.01]. Furthermore, plasma MPO levels elevated with the increase of the New York Heart Association Class (Spearma’s r=0.34, P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Plasma MPO levels are elevated in patients with chronic systolic HF and the elevation is associated with the severity of HF.
