摘要:
目的: 评价无肝素化经股动脉心血管造影的安全性及其减少穿刺并发症的有效性。方法: 300例患者接受经股动脉冠状动脉造影检查, 随机分为两组(无肝素组150例,肝素组150例),分别记录造影术后穿刺部位巨大血肿、动静脉瘘、腹膜后血肿、假性动脉瘤、迷走反射、血管栓塞等并发症。 结果: 所有患者均成功插管,拔管后两组均无栓塞并发症,而肝素组穿刺部位并发症显著增高(P<0.05)。结论: 无肝素造影安全可靠,不会增加栓塞并发症,同时可显著减少穿刺部位并发症。
Abstract:
AIM: To evaluate the safety of non-heparin administration in coronary angiography through femoral access. METHODS: A total of 300 patients underwent coronary angiography and were randomly divided into two groups. Complications that included hematoma, fistula, pseudoaneurysm, retroperitoneal hemorrhage, thrombotic occlusion and vasovagal reaction were recorded, respectively. RESULTS: No thrombotic occlusion was seen in either group, but heparin group had a higher rate of complications and hemorrhage than in the non-heparin group (P<0.05, 12% and 2%, respectively). CONCLUSION: Angiography using femoral artery access without heparin is a safe procedure and decreases puncture complications after sheath removal.
