摘要:: 和肽素(copeptin)是精氨酸加压素 (AVP) 前体的C末端部分，在血液循环中和AVP等量分泌，但在体内相比AVP较稳定, 且检测较方便。最近研究发现，和肽素可以作为体内急性内应力的标志物，同时还可作为心肌梗死和心力衰竭的标志物，其对于心血管疾病诊断和排除以及评价预后，具有极高的临床应用价值。
