摘要:
Wnt信号通路在细胞分化、胚胎发育、肿瘤发生及血管的形成等方面均发挥重要作用。近年来研究发现,在不同水平干预Wnt信号通路可影响心肌肥厚的发生,本文主要阐述Wnt信号通路与心肌肥厚之间相互关系的研究进展,探讨可能抑制心肌肥厚的新靶点。
Abstract:
Wnt signaling plays a key role in cell differentiation, embryonic development, tumorigenesis and angiogenesis. Recent studies have found that genetic interventions in Wnt signaling at different levels resulted in an attenuated hypertrophic response. Inhibiting Wnt signaling may thus serve as a novel therapeutic approach for cardiac hypertrophy. We reviewed the research findings on the relationship between Wnt signaling and cardiac hypertrophy and discussed the promising target for anti-hypertrophic therapy.
