摘要:
动态血压监测在临床的应用越来越普遍,通过其获取的多种参数,在高血压病的早期发现和预防、确诊和分型、治疗和药效评价,以及靶器官损害及预后评估等方面具有重要作用。然而,目前国内外有许多关于动态血压监测各参数的可重复性研究结果不尽一致,因此,其是否值得进一步推广使用引发了很多学者的质疑。现针对其常用参数的可重复性研究结果及可能的影响因素作一综述。
Abstract:
Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) is commonly used clinically and plays an important role in early detection and prevention, diagnosis and classification, treatment and efficacy evaluation, and assessment of target organ damage and prognosis of hypertension. However, research results of the repeatability of parameters of ABPM are not consistent and some scholars have questioned the wide promotion of ABPM. This article reviews the research results of the repeatability of the commonly used parameters of ABPM and their possible influencing factors.
