摘要:
越来越多的证据表明,氧化应激是糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)的统一发病机制。本文就氧化应激引起DCM的病理生理机制进行了综述,提示DCM患者使用胰岛素泵强化治疗后氧化应激水平明显降低。
Abstract:
Ongoing evidence suggests that the unifying mechanism of diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is oxidative stress. This article reviews the pathophysiological mechanisms of DCM caused by oxidative stress and suggests that the oxidative stress level in DCM patients significantly decreases after continuous subcutaneous insulin infection treatment.
