摘要:
热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)在生物应激反应中具有保护细胞免受损伤的作用。大部分研究集中在这种重要的蛋白质家族在哺乳动物细胞对急性应激反应的作用机制。HSP70循环存在于正常健康个体及患有多种严重疾病的患者中,包括心力衰竭(HF)。HSP70在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中是升高的,特别是在严重的晚期HF患者中。HSP70反映的是疾病的严重程度而非生存率。HSP70的表达在发病率中的重要关系有待进一步评估。
Abstract:
Heat shock protein (HSP) constitutes an endogenous stress response that protects cells from injury. Most research on this important protein has focused on the immediate response to acute stress in cell culture systems and mammalians. Circulating HSP70 is present in the circulation of healthy individuals and in patients with various disorders, including heart failure (HF). HSP70 levels are elevated in chronic HF patients, particularly in those with cardiac cachexia. HSP70 relates to the disease severity and not to the survival rate. The significance of the relationship of HSP70 expression and morbidity in HF needs further evaluation.
