摘要:
Rad蛋白是三磷酸鸟苷酸酶(GTPases)的Ras超家族成员之一,是新发现的小G蛋白。Rad蛋白在多种细胞中表达,参与心脏功能的维持,调控心肌细胞凋亡,抑制血管平滑肌迁移,Rad蛋白表达的异常与人类的肿瘤发生发展密切相关。Rad蛋白在生物学和医学中都有重要作用,本文就Rad蛋白的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Rad protein is one of the members of the Ras superfamily of guanosine triphosphatases (GTPases) and is a newly discovered small G protein. Rad is expressed in a variety of cells involved in maintaining heart functions, regulating myocardial apoptosis and inhibiting migration of vascular smooth muscle. Abnormal Rad expression is closely related to human tumor development. Rad plays an important role in biology and medicine. This paper reviews recent progress in Rad protein research.
