摘要:
超声二维斑点追踪成像技术(2D-STI)是新近发展起来的一种定量评价心肌局部功能及心肌运动同步性的新技术,其没有角度依赖性,优于组织多普勒技术,具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要就2D-STI在评价肥厚型心肌病的左心功能中的应用进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (2D-STI) is a recently developed technique that can be used to quantitatively assess partial myocardial function and myocardial dyssynchrony. This technology, free of angle-dependence and superior to tissue Doppler imaging, can be widely employed. This article mainly summarizes the clinical application of 2D-STI in evaluating left heart function of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
