摘要:
目的:评价我院临床路径对行射频消融术的阵发性室上性心动过速患者的效果。方法:回顾分析140例行射频消融术的阵发性室上性心动过速患者，将其分为路径组和对照组，比较两组患者的平均住院日、住院总费用、医患满意度等指标的差异。结果:路径组在平均住院日、住院总费用均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），而在医患满意度方面均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:对行射频消融术的阵发性室上性心动过速患者实施临床路径，可显著缩短住院日，降低住院费用，提高临床疗效和医患满意度。
Abstract:
AIM:To assess the effect of clinical pathway in radiofrequency ablation in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. METHODS: The treatment process of 140 paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients treated with radiofrequency ablation was retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into clinical path group and control group. Average length of hospitalization, total cost, and degree of satisfaction from doctors and patients were compared between groups. RESULTS: The average length of hospitalization and the total cost in the clinical path group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), whereas the degree of satisfaction from doctors and patients in the clinical path group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The implementation of the clinical pathway in radiofrequency ablation for patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia not only significantly shortens the hospital stay and reduces hospitalization costs but also improves the clinical effect and enhances the satisfaction from both doctors and patients.
