摘要:
目的:探讨维生素D3上调蛋白1（VDUP1）表达水平与不稳定型心绞痛的关系。方法:分别抽取120例不稳定型心绞痛患者和130例正常对照个体的外周静脉血，采用半定量逆转录多聚酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法,检测不稳定型心绞痛组和对照组外周血白细胞中VDUP1基因mRNA的表达水平；使用蛋白免疫印迹（Western blot）方法检测不稳定型心绞痛组和对照组VDUP1蛋白水平。结果:实验结果显示不稳定型心绞痛组VDUP1基因mRNA的水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05)；Western blot结果显示不稳定型心绞痛组VDUP1蛋白水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05)。结论:患者外周血白细胞中VDUP1基因的表达水平与不稳定型心绞痛有关联。
Abstract:
AIM:To detect the expression of VDUP1 gene in peripheral blood leukocytes in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). METHODS: Western blot and RT-PCR methods were used to detect the expression level of VDUP1 gene in peripheral blood leukocytes of 120 CAD patients and 130 healthy human subjects. RESULTS: Expression of VDUP1 was lower in CAD patients than in controls (P<0.05) and VDUP1 protein was significantly downregulated in CAD patients (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of VDUP1 gene is downregulated in CAD patients, which suggests that the VDUP1 gene may be involved in the progression of CAD.
