摘要:
最近研究发现非编码RNA在生物学过程中参与重要作用,包括细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和肿瘤的发生等,在动脉粥样硬化(AS)中也发挥重要作用。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)和miRNA之间的互相作用能够更好体现复杂的生物学网络调控,成为治疗疾病的新靶点。而lncRNA和miRNA相互作用的研究在AS中处于初始阶段,具体机制尚不明确。本文综述了在AS中lncRNA和miRNA之间相互作用的研究进展。
Abstract:
Recent research has demonstrated that non-coding RNA play an important role in bioprocess, including cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and tumorigenesis. It has significant effects on atherosclerosis. The interaction between lncRNA and miRNA can reflect complicated biological networks and provides new therapeutic targets. At this time, the mechanism of mediation or modulation of the interaction between lncRNA and miRNA is in early stages and the precise mechanism is not clear. This article reviews the research progress in interaction between lncRNA and miRNA in atherosclerosis.
