摘要:
心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)是围绕在心脏和冠状动脉周围的特殊内脏脂肪组织。近年来研究发现,EAT是内源性脂肪和促炎因子的重要来源,可调节冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生和发展过程。本文回顾了EAT与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病相关的最新研究进展,并对以EAT为干预靶点,发挥治疗冠心病潜能的相关研究进行综述。
Abstract:
Epicardial adipose tissue, a special visceral adipose tissue surrounding the heart and coronary arteries, recently has been found to be an important source of endogenous adipokines and proinflammatory cytokines. It may be involved in the presence and pathophysiological progress of coronary atherosclerosis disease. This review briefly summarizes recent advances in the relationship between epicardial adipose tissue and coronary atherosclerosis disease and reviews the potentials of epicardial adipose tissue serving as a target for intervention of atherosclerosis.
