应用多普勒超声心动图测定了55例支气管哮喘患儿和41例正常小儿的右心舒张功能各指标进行对照。结果表明: 正常和支气管哮喘患儿的右心舒张功能各指标有显著性差异; 婴幼儿哮喘与儿童哮喘的右心舒张功能仅部分指标差异有显著性; 重型较轻型支气管哮喘者右心舒张功能显著下降。提示: ①支气管哮喘时患儿存在右心舒张功能异常, 且随着病情的进展, 其右心舒张功能显著下降。②年龄对支气管哮喘患儿心脏功能的影响不明显。③多普勒超声心动图是一种简便、易行的无创性心功能测定方法, 值得临床广泛使用。
Abstract:
The right ventricular diastolic function of 55 children with bronchial asthma and 41 healthy children was determined by Doppler echocardiography. The result showed significant difference in the criteria of the right ventricular diastolic function between healthy and asthmat ic children, in whom much decreased function was found in the more serious cases. Only a part of criteria in asthmatic children were significantly different between different age groups. It is suggested that the right ventricular diastolic function of children with bronchial asthma is abnormal,markedly decreasing with the advance of the disease, but the influence of age is not definite, and that Doppler echocardiography is worthy to be popularized as a simple and easy, noninvasive method for determination of cardiac function.
