摘要:
目的 观察冠心病患者冠状动脉内支架(ICS)安置术后外周血中纤溶和前列腺素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 将24例患者分为肝素涂层支架组(n=9)和普通支架组(n=15), 测定ICS术前、术后2,24 h,7 d血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α (PGF1α)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及其抑制物 (PAI-1)的变化。结果 肝素支架组与普通支架组术后T X B2,PGF1α 明显升高,术后24 h达高峰;t-PA与PAI-1术后无明显变化。结论 ICS术后确有血小板活化,纤溶活性变化不大。肝素支架组与普通支架组并无显著差别。
Abstract:
AIM To study the active changes of the fibrinolysis and the prostaglandin undergoing introcoronary stent (ICS)in the patients with coronary heart disease in order to guide the clinical drug usage. METHODS The patients were divided into heparin-coated stent (n=9)and non-coated stent (n=15) groups and we determined the concentrations of thromboxane B2(TXB2), 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α ), tissue type plasminogen activator (tPA)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)in 2,24 hours and 7 days after ICS. RESULTS Both of the TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α were higher after ICS than before, rising to the peak at 24, but tPA and PAI-1 had no significant changes. CONCLUSION Platelet may be activated after ICS and the fibrinolysis were the same as before. There are no significant differences between the heparin-coated stent and non-coated stent groups.
