摘要:: 目的探讨高血压病左室肥厚(LVH)与QT离散度(QTd)、心室晚电位(VLP)之间的联系及其临床意义。方法测定50例高血压病不伴LVH组患者和高血压病伴LVH组经苯那普利治疗前和治疗3月后的VLP，QTd。结果 ①高血压病LVH组与非LVH组相比，QTd有非常显著差异(P＜0.01),VLP阳性率有显著差异(P＜0.05)。②高血压病LVH组治疗前后相比，QTd有非常显著差异(P＜0.01),VLP阳性率有显著差异(P＜0.05) 结论高血压病患者伴LVH，不仅QTd显著延长，而且VLP阳性率升高；随着LVH治疗好转，QTd缩短，VLP阳性率降低。

Abstract:: AIM To investigate the associations between QT dispersion (QTd),ventricular late potential (VLP),and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension (LVH). METHODS QTd and VLP were measured in 50 hypertensive patients without LVH,50 hypertensive patients with LVH. Left ventricular mass indx (LVMI) was measured in the latter group patients. Then the hypertensive patients with LVH took 10～20 mg benazepril once daily. After 3 mo,they were measured LVMI,QTd and VLP. RESULTS ①QTd and VLP positive rate were marked difference between hypertensive patients with LVH and without LVH. ②After 3 mo treatment with benazepril,LVMI,QTd and VLP positive rate of hypertension with LVH was quite different from pretreatment. CONCLUSION QTd and VLP positive rate were significantly increased in hypertensive patients with LVH as compared with those without LVH. Moreover,along with improving LVH,they decreased evidently.
