摘要:

目的 观察QT间期离散度(QTd)在老年急性心肌梗死(AMI) 再通前后的变化。方法 测量和计算165例老年AMI患者及40例正常老年人QT间期、QTd和校正后QTd(QTd c)。结果 老年AMI患者QTdc显著长于对照组(P＜0.01)；AMI患者发生 室性心律失常及死亡者 的QTdc明显长于未发生者(P＜0.05)；溶栓或PTCA术后QTdc显著降低(P＜0.01)。结论 QT dc与心肌梗死严重性间存在一定相关性，QTdc可以作为观察早期溶栓和PTCA术是否成功的间接指标。

Abstract:

AIM To observe the changes of QT dispersion befo re and after reperfution. METHODS QT dispersion and corrected QT d ispersion (QTdc) in 165 elderly patie nts with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 40 normotensives were investigate d. RESULTS QTdc was longer in elderly patients with AMI compared w ith elderly no rmotensive subjects (P＜0.01); QTdc of AMI patients with ventricular arrhythm ia o r death changed most obviously in all patients with AMI (P＜0.05); QTdc of th e p atients after the thrombolytic therapy and PTCA reduced significantly (P＜0.0 1). CONCLUSION There may be a certain relation between QTdc and state of AMI.QTdc c an be considered as an early mark that is used to evaluate the successful thromb olytic therapy.
