摘要:

目的 提纯正常MyBPc蛋白，鉴定结构和活性。方法 大肠杆菌BL一21中表选并提纯蛋白，点状印迹法检测蛋白抗原性．结果 C8WT具有正常水溶性蛋白结构，抗原抗体反应灵敏度高。结论 成功地提取了正常MyBPC蛋白。

Abstract:

AIM To purlfy the wild—type myosin—binding protein C (MyBPC)and to identify its structure and activity． METHODS The M yBPC protein was purified after expressed in E．eoli BL-21 cells．The antigen of protein was tested by dot—blot method、RESULTS CSW T have the normRl atruet~re of soluble proteins． Sensitivity of the antigen—antibody reactions was high．C0NCLUSION MyBPC were successfully purified．
