摘要:
CIC-1是一种具有电压依赖门控特性的氯离子通道。但这种通道的门控机制与其他电压门控的阳离子通道有很大的差别。为探讨CIC-1离子通道的门控机制,本文应用爪蟾卵母细胞异源性表达野生型CIC-1氯离子通道,并通过改变细胞外氯离子浓度,对其门控机制进行了研究。结果表明,CIC-1氯离子通道的门控具有对电压和氯离子浓度的双重依赖性.这提示一种非均衡性的门控机制。
Abstract:
CIC-1 is a voltage-dependent chloride channe1.But its gating mechanism is different from the voltage-dependent cation channels.CIC-1 gating mechanism is discussed in this paper by heteroexpression of this channel in Xenopus oocytes and by changing extracellular chloride concentration.It is concluded that CIC-1 gating is both voltage and chloride concentration dependent which suggests a nonequilibrium gating mechanism.
