摘要:
目的 探讨老年人糖耐量低减(IGT) 的冠心病(CHD) 与B细胞功能及脂代谢的关系。方法 将79 例糖耐量低减老年人分为冠心病组(n= 31) 和非冠心病组(n= 48) ; 糖耐量正常(NGT) 老年人49 例作为对照组。测定空腹胰岛素/空腹血糖(FINS/ FBG)、胰岛素敏感指标( ISI) 及血脂(TC, TG, HDL-C, TC/HDL-C) 并对结果进行分析比较。结果 IGT 冠心病组较之IGT 非冠心病组和NGT 组, 在FINS/ FBG, ISI 差异有显著性(P < 0. 05; P < 0. 01) , TC,TG, TC/HDL-C 的差异亦有显著性(P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01) , 老年人IGT 组(n= 79) FINS/ FBG, ISI 较之老年人NGT 组显著减低(P < 0. 01) , 脂代谢紊乱表现为高TC/HDL-C (P < 0. 01) 比值。结论 老年人IGT 应尽早实施保护B细胞功能、降血脂等干预措施。
Abstract:
AIM To study the association between the aged impaired glucose tolerance united coronary heart disease and Bcell function, lipometabolism. METHODS 79 case coronary heart disease of the senile IGT patients and 49 NGT of the senile were examined for B cell function and lipometabolism. The subjects were divided into three groups: CHD groups (n = 31) , not-CHD groups (n= 48) and NGT group (n= 49) . RESULTS The Bcell function (FINS/ FBG, ISI) and lipometabolism (TC/HDL-C) in the IGT group (n= 79) were marked different from those in the controls (NGT ) (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). The Bcell function and lipometabolism of the senile IGT patients (n = 79) were much lower than those in the controls (P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION The aged impaired glucose tolerance patients should be protected from damages of Bcell function and intervention of hyperlip idemia should be undertaken as early as possible.
