摘要:
心房纤颤（AF）是临床上常见的心律失常，其发生是多种机制参与的综合结果。电重构和结构重构是AF触发和维持的必要基础，新近炎症与AF的关系也越来越受到人们的关注。本文旨在综述AF发生过程中，电重构、结构重构与炎症关系的新近研究进展。
