摘要:
作者对44例冠心病患者进行左室电影造影节段功能测定,并与心电图的改变进行比较。结果:左室节段功能和心电图均异常, 心组为100% (20/20),心绞痛组为79% (19/24) , 两组差异显著(P<0.05);节段功能障碍和心电图异常对心脏受损定位的符合率为94.9% (37/39)。结果表明: 左室节段功能和心电图检查对冠心病心脏受损的定位诊断是可靠的; 左室节段功能和心电图均异常, 提示心肌缺血已造成明确的损害。
Abstract:
Regional left ventricular function(RLVF) wasexamined by means of leftventricular cineangiocardiography in 44 cases of coronary artery disease, and compared with the electrocardiogram (ECG).The results showed that the positive rate of both the RLVF and the ECG abnormality was 100% (20/20) in myocardial infarction group,79% ( 19/24) in angina pectoris group; there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The coincidence rate between the RLVF and the ECG abnormality for location of cardiac lesion was 94.9% (37/39).It was concluded that RLVF and ECG were reliable for location diagnosis of cardiac lesion in coronary artery disease.The abnormality of both the RLVF and the ECG suggests that cardiac ischemia resu lted in definite myocardial lesion.
