摘要:
分别用放射免疫法(RIA)和二磷酸腺苷诱导法, 测定了犬冠脉内灌注N-单甲基左旋精氨酸(L-NMMA)5mg/kg 前后, 前降支(LAD) 伴行静脉血中6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-酮-PGF1a) 的含量和血小板聚集率(PAgR)。结果表明,L 2-NMMA 灌注后血小板聚集率由31.3%±6.6%升至43.3%±6.2% (P< 0.01),但6-酮-PGF1a没有明显变化。以上结果提示内源性一氧化氮合成受抑制时, 冠脉循环中PAgR增加, 而前列腺素无变化。
Abstract:
Platelet aggregation rate and 6-keto-PGF1a levels of left in terventricular venous blood were determined by ADP technique and radioimmunoassay both before and after a 5 mg/kg intracoronary infusion of N-monomethyl-L-2arginine (L-NMMA)in open-chest anesthetized dog. L-NMMA induced an increased platelet aggregation rate (x±s, from 31.3±6.6% to 43.3±6.2% ,P <0.01) ,6-keto-PGF1a levels, however, remained unchanged. The above results suggested that inhibition of intrinsic nitric oxide synthesis enhances platelet aggregation, but with no effect on PGI2
