摘要:
目的 研究白血病细胞心脏浸润时心肌细胞的凋亡情况。方法 建立小鼠白血病模型(L615) , 采用流式细胞术(FCM ) 检测小鼠心肌细胞的细胞周期和细胞凋亡率。结果 白血病组小鼠的心肌凋亡率明显高于正常对照组(P <0. 01)。结论 白血病细胞心脏浸润可使心肌细胞凋亡率增高。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate myocardial cells apoptosis when leukemic cell infilt rate heart.METHODS Establishment of leukemia models (L615 ) in rat; detection of apoptotic rate of myocytes and cellular cycle by flow cytometry. RESULTS Apoptotic rates of myocytes in two leukemia groups were significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION Apoptotic rate of myocytes can be enhanced by leukemia cell infiltration.
