摘要:
目的 探讨血浆C反应蛋白(CRP) 与冠心病(CHD) 病变程度之间的关系。方法 测定经选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG) 证实为CHD患者(n=86) 的血浆CRP 浓度, 并与CAG结果正常组(n=80)的血浆CRP浓度相比较, 分析两组之间以及CHD 组中, 冠状动脉(冠脉) 病变支数与相应CRP 浓度的关系。结果 CRP浓度在对照组、稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组依次增高, 分别为2293±198, 5126±508 和12969±1076 μg/L 。在CHD 组中, 单支病变组、双支病变组以及三支病变组, 其CRP 浓度也依次增高, 分别为5131±513, 7024±689, 11970±2075 μg/L 。结论 CRP 浓度与冠脉病变程度关联密切。
Abstract:
AIM To explore the relation ship between C-reactive protein (CRP) and the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS The plasma CRP concent rations were tested in 166 cases who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) (CHD was present in 86 patients and absent in 80 cases as normal control group ) , and results of the two groups and different numbers of diseased coronary vessels in CHD group were analyzed. RESULTS The plasma CRP concent rations were 2293±198, 5126±508, 12969±1076 Lg/L , respectively, for the normal control group and the stable angina group , the unstable angina group. The indices in the stable angina group and the unstable angina group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group ( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01 respectively). In the CHD group , the plasma concent rations were, 5131±513, 7024±689, 11970±2075 Lg/L , respectively, for the 1-vessel-disease group ,the 2-vessel-disease group and the 3-vessel-disease group. The indices of the three groups were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION CRP concent ration was closely associated with CHD
