摘要:
目的 从细胞分子水平阐明碘仅使活体心传导组织显色而心肌组织不显色的内在机制.方法 选用5只健康家犬,手术暴露室间隔,用131I喷染左、右束支,使其显色,经取材、制片、放射自显影术后,用光、电观察.结果 ①左、右束支清晰可辨,略呈棕黑色,与邻近心肌区别明显.②组成心传导束的普肯野细胞(Purkinje cells)染色较淡,成族团状,周围包有结缔组织,位于心内膜和心肌层之间.胞核居中,染色更淡,细胞长径约20~80 μm,横径约20~60 μm.③Purkinje细胞内可见大量散在的显影银粒子,心肌细胞内未见显影银粒子.结论 131I通过Purkinje细胞膜进入到了细胞内,推测Purkinje细胞膜上可能存在某种转运机制,而心肌细胞膜上则没有.
Abstract:
AIM To study the mechanism of vital heart conduction bundle branches stained with radioiodine at cellular level. METHODS Five dogs were operated on to expose the ventricular septa from right and left side of the hearts and sprayed with 131 I,so that the left and right conduction bundle branches were stained. After sampling,manufacture of thin pieces and autoradiography,the Purkinje cell and myocardium cell structures were examined under light and electron microscopes. RESULTS ①The right and left bundle branches were stained very clearly with 131I;the colour of the bundle fibres were brown, but the adjacent myocardiums were not. ②The purk inje cells composing the heart conduction bundle branches were surrounded by connective tissues and located between the endocardium and the myocardium. The purk inje cell was lightly stained and the cell nucleus was located at the center. The Purk inje cell′s diameter was 20~ 80 μm in length and 20~ 60 μm in breath. ③There were a large number of marking silver particles in the Purk inje cell but there were not any in the myocardium. CONCLUSION 131I entered the Purk inje cells through the membrane but it did not enter the myocardium. There might be certain transport mechanism on the Purk inje cell membrane, there was no such mechanism on the myocardium membrane.
