摘要:
目的:探索测量在体动物组织复阻抗频谱的方法。方法:系统采用频率响应测量原理和四电极法。结果:实现了生物组织复阻抗频谱的测量系统,设计了用于在体组织测量的电极;利用这一系统进行了部分在体动物组织复阻抗频谱的测量。初步测量结果表明:在体动物组织在缺血前后,阻抗频谱变化显著。结论:动物组织复阻抗频谱在供血正常状态及缺血后有显著变化,且缺血前后的变化与随离体时间的变化性质完全不同。
Abstract:
AIM:To seek for a method to measure the impedance spectrum in vivo.METHODS:The system we designed was based on four-electrode method and Frequency Response Analyze method.RESULTS:A system was implemented to measure impedance spectrum in vivo,and relevant in vivo electrode was designed.Measurement were carried out on tissue of canine and rabbit. CONCLUSION: The impedance spectrum of animal varied significantly after ischemia, and this kind of variation was different fromthevariation with time apart from the body.
