目的:观察正常人心脏组织中TRA IL 及其受体DR4、DR5、DcR1 和DcR2 的表达分布情况, 为进一步明确这些分子在心肌损伤中的作用机制提供形态学依据。方法: 用抗TRA IL 及其受体的单克隆抗体(mAb), 应用免疫组织化学染色技术, 检测正常人心脏组织中TRA IL 及其受体DR4、DR5、DcR1 和DcR2 的表达。结果: TRA IL 及其受体DR4、DR5、DcR1 和DcR2 在正常人心脏组织中均有表达, 表达产物主要分布于胞浆内, 胞膜上也有表达。结论:TRA IL 及其受体可能参与某些病理状态下心肌细胞的凋亡过程。
Abstract:
AIM: To observe the expression of TRA IL and its receptors DR4, DR5, DcR1 and DcR2 in the normal heart tissue. METHODS: The expression of TRA IL and its receptors in normal heart tissue were identified by immunohistochemical staining using a set of monoclonal antibodies against them. RESULTS: The results showed that all the heart tissues studied expressed TRA IL and its receptors which were localized in cytoplasm mostly and some on the membrane. Interestingly, among TRA IL receptors not only decoy receptors DcR1 and DcR2, but also death receptor DR5 were expressed in normal heart equally strong. CONCLUSION: These results suggested that TRA IL and its receptors may be involved in apoptosis of cardiac myocytes under some pathological situations.
