摘要:
目的:探讨大鼠血浆血管紧张素II(Ang Ⅱ) 、醛固酮(ALDO) 在心力衰竭模型中的作用及其意义。方法:采用缩 窄大鼠腹主动脉造成压力负荷性心肌肥厚所致心力衰竭的大鼠模型。将正常喂养的8 周龄SD 大鼠,随机分为:心 衰组( n = 34) 、心衰治疗组( n = 34) 及正常对照组( n = 16) 。采用放射免疫分析法,对3 组大鼠血浆Ang Ⅱ、ALDO 进 行测定。结果:心衰组大鼠血浆中Ang Ⅱ、ALDO 显著升高,与正常对照组比较( P < 0. 01) ,Ang Ⅱ、ALDO 与心力衰竭 有一定相关性(F > F0. 01) ,心衰治疗组在使用苯那普利后上述指标显著下降( P < 0. 01) 。结论:Ang Ⅱ、ALDO 在心力 衰竭发病机制中起重要作用,苯那普利对心衰治疗及预后有积极的影响。
Abstract:
AIM: To study the effect of Benazepril on plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) and aldosterone (ALDO) levels in the rat heart failure model . METHODS : The cardiac failure animal model in rats were made by coarctating abdomial aorta to get pressure load. The rats aged 8 months were divided into three groups : the heart failure group ( n = 34) , the treatment group ( n = 34) and the control group ( n = 16) . Plasma angiotensin Ⅱand aldosterone were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) . RESULTS : The angiotensin Ⅱ and aldos2 terone levels in the heart failure group were markedly higher than those in the others proups( P < 0. 01) . It was shown that angiotensin Ⅱand aldosterone levels in the rats were correlated with cardiac failure in this research. The angiotensin Ⅱand aldosterone levels of the treatment group decreased was obvious after benazepril therapy ( P < 0. 01) . CONCLUSION: Angiotensin Ⅱand aldosterone played an important role in the pathogenesis of heart failure. Benazepril (ACEI) had a positive effect on the treatment and prognosis of cardiac insufficiency.
