摘要:
目的 研究猪主动脉瓣膜去细胞基质的体外降解过程。方法 应用胶原酶Ⅰ、弹性蛋白酶体外降解猪主动脉瓣膜去细胞基质,于不同时段观察降解失重率、降解液外观、蛋白及羟脯氨酸含量。结果 胶原酶和弹性蛋白酶对猪主动脉瓣膜去细胞基质均有较强的降解作用,胶原酶的作用较弹性蛋白酶强。结论 分析了猪主动脉瓣膜去细胞基质体外降解规律,为其可控性降解研究做了一定准备工作。
Abstract:
AIM To study the degradation behavior of acellular porcine aorta valve in vitro. METHODS Acellular porcine aorta valve was degaradated with collagenase I and elastase. The weight loss, value of protein and hydroxyproline were observed at different time points. RESULTS Both collagenase I and elastase markedly degradated the acellular porcine aorta valve in vitro, and collagenase I had a stronger degradation effect than elastase. CONCLUSION We have gained a better understanding of the degradation behavior of acellular porcine aorta valve in vitro, which will be helpful to the researches of degradation control.
