摘要:
目的: 研究丹参多酚酸盐(SVL)对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者冠脉内支架置入后,血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平的影响。方法: 将68例UAP患者随机分为常规治疗组(n=35)及SVL治疗组(SVL组,n=33),观察支架置入前、支架置入后24 h及1周,血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平的变化, 并与18例正常人比较。结果: 治疗前,UAP患者血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的水平较正常对照组(n=18)明显升高(均P<0.01)。常规治疗组支架置入后24 h较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后1周较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。SVL组支架置入术后24 h,IL-8 和TNF-α的水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);而IL-6的水平降低不明显;1周后3种细胞因子的水平均明显降低(P<0.01),并且较常规治疗组支架置入后24 h和1周均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论: SVL可能通过调节IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的表达,减轻冠脉局部的炎症级联反应,对UAP患者及支架置入后发挥较全面的心血管保护作用。
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the serum level of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α and the effect of salvianolate in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) after stent implantation. METHODS: Sixty-eight patients undergoing stent implantation were divided randomly into conventional therapy group and salvianolate group. The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α were evaluated by ELISA before and 24 h and 1 week after stent implantation, and the levels of the above cytokins were compared with those in 18 normal controls. RESULTS: The levels of serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in patients with UAP were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α decreased 24 h after stent implantation in salvianolate group (P<0.05), while the values of all the three cytokins significantly increased in the conventional therapy group (P<0.05). The levels of the three cytokins decreased in both the conventional therapy group (P<0.05)and the salvianolate group (P<0.01) 1 w after stent implantation. CONCLUSIONS: Salvianolate may inhibit the inflammation in coronary artery by decreasing the secretion of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α, thus playing a protective role in patients with UAP after stent implantation.
